Lead Maintenance tech who knows how to work on air conditioners, plumbing ,electrical and make ready apartments. Must have multi-family maintenance experience.

**** MUST BE HVAC CERTIFIED*** BILINGUAL

Duties:

* Respond to maintenance request

* Planning and scheduling repairs

* Work as a team

* Perform routine maintenance

* General building maintenance work

* Plumbing

* Electrical

* Appliances

* General Skill in Home repair and maintenance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
